At Kaizen Leisure Equipment Ltd, our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible from either of our warehouses in Southern & Northern Ireland. Delivery usually takes between 1-7 working days. During busier periods times can vary.

On small orders, we use a our independent courier company to deliver your order. After 1-4 working days you should receive your tracking information by email where you can track your order exactly.

On large orders, we typically use our independent haulage company or we will personally deliver the items to you. We do not have live tracking with this, however, the haulage company will call you the morning of delivery to ensure that you are there to receive your order.

What do I do if I have not received information regarding my delivery?

• Please check your spam folder first as emails relating to tracking information often ends up there.
• Email us at info@kaizenleisure.com, please include your order number in the email when possible.
• Call us on +353 86-0705992, please have your order number to hand when possible as this speeds us the process.
